Nestled in Poughkeepsie, New York, PleasantLand Farm is a small-scale, eco-friendly farm where open pastures and gardens create a setting that feels as peaceful as a park. Home to pigs, sheep, goats, donkeys, chickens, peafowl, and a few loyal farm dogs and a cat, the farm offers visitors a welcoming glimpse into everyday farm life.
We grow vegetables, flowers, and herbs using natural practices, with heirloom and beefsteak tomatoes among our most popular crops. Through our farmstand and website, customers can purchase fresh produce along with home-made and locally made products from our community.
PleasantLand Farm was created to educate and connect people with fresh, natural food and the land it comes from. This summer, guests can experience the farm in a new way with guided goat and sheep walks through the pastures.
